ANN PAGE COTTAGE

Ann Page Cottage is a delightful property situated right on the High Street, very near to Aldeburgh’s popular shops and restaurants, yet is just seconds from the beach. This cosy cottage has a comfortable, homely feel to it inside – perfect for a vacation away. The ground floor has a beautiful living room, a dining room, and a well fitted kitchen.

There are four bedroom and a bathroom upstairs. Outside there is a walled patio back garden. Ann Page is ideal for groups of up to five adults and a small child. It was completely refurbished and decorated in 2010.

Ann Page Cottage is on the High Street, near the junction with Victoria Road and opposite Keane & Co Solicitors. The beach is moments walk away as is the quaint cinema and the lovely book shop.  Just a little further down the road are Aldeburgh’s other interesting shops, pubs and restaurants.

OVERVIEW

LIVING ROOM

The living room contains a range of comfortable seating with a sofa, 3 armchairs and a foot stool. There’s a flat screen TV (with FreeSat TV channels) and a DVD player, WiFi, coffee table, wooden flooring and rugs.

DINING ROOM

Through the living room you move through to the dining room.  This has a large wooden table and six dining chairs and original fireplace (not in use).

KITCHEN

The kitchen fully fitted with an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, combined washing machine and dryer, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and a walk-in pantry. Nespresso machine.  Please note a few capsules are provided to you to get you going so bring your own supply.

HALLWAY

The kitchen is accessed from a small hallway from the dining room, off which is a back door to the patio garden

BEDROOM 1

This good-size room has a double bed with bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a bedside chair, and a wardrobe with two drawers.

BEDROOM 2

Here you will find a double bed with bedside tables, a built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and shelves.

BEDROOM 3

This single bedroom has a single bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe with a drawer, and some children’s games including chunky lego.

BEDROOM 4

This small room has a single bed and is ideal for a child. It has a bedside table and a cupboard with built-in shelves.

BATHROOM

This bathroom has a bath with an electric shower over it, and there’s a hand basin and a toilet.

OUTSIDE

There’s a small patio back garden with a raised flower bed, a cast iron table and chairs. Outside the property are two small patio areas next to the pavement on the High Street. Whilst parking in the High Street parking bays is restricted to two hours, unrestricted on-road parking is usually available in side streets and opposite the local hotels and pub on the seafront, just minutes walk away. In a small rear courtyard is an outside WC and hand basin.

One well-behaved pet welcome.
